If your system is Microsoft Windows 10 and you do not know whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit, press the Start button in the left-bottom corner of the screen, then press Settings, System, About, and look at the "System type". It contains text "32-bit operating system" or "64-bit operating system", so you should download the corresponding installer of the client application.

 

If your system is Microsoft Windows 8 or 8.1 and you do not know whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit, please open this link

and the corresponding item "Check for operating system info ...".

 

If your system is Microsoft Windows 7 or Vista and you do not know whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit:

• Click the button "Start" and enter "computer" in the search string, right-click the element "Computer" and choose "Properties".

• Look at the "System type". It contains text "32-bit operating system" or "64-bit operating system", so you should download the corresponding installer of the client application.

 

If your system is Microsoft Windows XP and you do not know whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit:

• Click the button "Start", choose "Run...", enter "sysdm.cpl" and press "OK".

• Look at the tab "General" in the appeared window. If the System name contains "x64 Edition", your system is 64-bit. Otherwise, it is 32-bit.

• (*) There are no 64-bit versions of Windows XP Home or Windows XP Media Center Edition. If you have either of these editions of Windows XP then you're running a 32-bit operating system.
